 Season:

A specific time of year in which nature sheds it's wardrobe to prepare for a new look.

In religious terms, "season" literally signifies that which comes or arrives, and in this general sense, is synonymous with time.

Spring:

Citrus and daisies, sun and mums, cupcakes and candy... blanketed with the richest shade of green. 

It's an experience, you know... things are starting to bloom... as are we. Once again, through another year, we turn our faces toward the sun. 

This shoot holds a special place in my heart. I felt so many of those lost were present, that the wind and the rain acted as their transportation... the spirit of our greatest supporters of this earth and beyond were cheering us on. The challenges Krista and I faced in preparation of this shoot built us taller, stronger, happier and closer.

We had bloomed a friendship, grown new appreciations, cast shade upon negativity, and shared the shining rays of the best of our talents.

As we clinked our glasses of champagne after a 5 hour frenzy, we talked and laughed about what it took to get to that moment... and that moment positively ROCKED.

Please view this shoot with the most open eyes, for the inspiration behind it was as bright as my aspirations for the new brides, momentous occasions, and the beauty of our "seasons," rain or shine.
